NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF HAM LAKE COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to the requirements of Minnesota Law, a public hearing shall be held before the Ham Lake Planning Commission on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 6:01 p.m. at the City Hall located at 15544 Central Avenue NE for the purpose of considering the application of Dave Erickson, KE Properties LLC, requesting preliminary plat approval and rezoning of the plat of Majestic Highlands from R-AH (Affordable Housing District) to R-1 (Single Family Residential) in Section 32, a parcel of certain land situated in the City of Ham Lake, Anoka County, Minnesota and which is described as follows to wit: The west 345 feet of the North 400 feet of the West half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 32, Range 23, Anoka County, Minnesota.
