Recycling Days at City Hall
Saturday, May 2, 2026 and Saturday, September 5, 2026
The city offers several recycling events for residents each year. Some events are held at City Hall, and some are held at Recycle Technologies in Blaine. Watch for announcements in the city newsletter for dates, times, acceptable items, and related costs.
No garbage, furniture, carpet, carpet pad or hazardous waste will be accepted.
FREE Reuse Event at City Hall
Anoka County has decided NOT to host the ReUse Event at Ham Lake City Hall in 2026.

Recycle Technologies Drop-off Events
Drop-off events are also held at Recycle Technologies several times a year.
The collection event runs from 9 a.m. to noon and is open to Ham Lake residents. Items can be recycled for free by presenting your driver’s license and a coupon that can be found in the City’s newsletter.
