Jam HOPE Foundation breaks down barriers to inclusivity for community members with disabilities. We provide adaptive and supported recreational, vocational, and social opportunities.
The Alpha Athletes program provides adaptive and supportive classes for community members with disabilities.
Alpha Movement: Participants will be provided one-on-one support to participate in our FUN lesson plans to develop gross motor, strength, and coordination.
Junior Movement (avg. ages 4-8) is for our younger athletes who may need to use our smaller equipment.
Preteen/TeenMovement (avg. ages 8-14) will be held on the big gym equipment.
Alpha Athletes Gymnastics/Freestyle Fusion: Children will participate in a small group setting to learn Gymnastics or Freestyle Fusion(ninja) skills at their pace and with modifications as needed.
