NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF HAM LAKE COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to the requirements of Minnesota Law, a public hearing shall be held before the Ham Lake Planning Commission on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 6:01 p.m. at the City Hall located at 15544 Central Avenue NE, for the purpose of considering the application Stoson LLC, requesting a Conditional Use Permit for Wetland Banking of three parcels on, Durant St. NE, such land situated in the City of Ham Lake, Anoka County, Minnesota and which is described as follows to wit: The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW1/4 of SE1/4) of Section Eleven (11), Township Thirty-two (32), Range Twenty-three (23), except the South 246.00 feet if the North 446.00 feet of the West 350 feet thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND The Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4 of SE1/4) of Section Eleven (11), Township Thirty-two (32), Range Twenty-three (23), Anoka County, Minnesota.
